Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Taxation professional with strong hands-on experience in Project Finance, CMA Data and Financial Modelling. The role will be responsible for preparing and evaluating project finance proposals for business expansion, including project cost, means of finance, profitability, cash-flow projections and repayment schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Project Finance & Business Expansion
- Prepare and evaluate Project Finance proposals for business expansion and new projects.
- Analyse overall project cost and project funding requirements.
- Prepare detailed means of finance and funding structures.
- Evaluate project profitability and financial viability.
- Prepare projected cash-flow statements and repayment schedules.
- Support management in evaluating project financing requirements and funding options.
Financial Modelling & Projections
- Develop and review detailed financial models for projects and business expansion.
- Prepare financial projections based on project requirements and business assumptions.
- Analyse projected revenue, expenses, profitability and cash flows.
- Evaluate financial feasibility and expected returns of proposed projects.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial assumptions and projections.
CMA Data & Financial Analysis
- Prepare and evaluate CMA data for bank and financial institution requirements.
- Analyse working capital requirements and financial performance.
- Prepare financial information required for credit and funding proposals.
- Support evaluation of financial ratios, cash flows and repayment capacity.
- Coordinate financial data and documentation required for project financing.
Fund & Non-Fund Based Facilities
- Handle financial analysis related to fund-based and non-fund-based facilities.
- Understand and evaluate various banking facilities required for business operations and expansion.
- Coordinate preparation of financial information and supporting documents for bank facilities.
- Monitor requirements related to working capital and project funding.
Bank Documentation & Coordination
- Prepare and review documentation required for banks and financial institutions.
- Coordinate with banks regarding project finance proposals and facility requirements.
- Provide financial projections, CMA data and supporting documents as required.
- Follow up with banks for documentation, queries and financial requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of accurate financial information.

- Experience in preparing and handling bank documentation.

- Good understanding of banking and project funding requirements.
- Strong coordination and documentation skills.
- Qualification: CA Inter / CA Final.
