Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. The role will involve managing computers, servers, networks, internet connectivity, printers, software, email systems and other IT infrastructure, along with resolving hardware, software and network-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and systems.
- Maintain computers, servers, network devices and other IT equipment.
- Ensure smooth and reliable functioning of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor IT infrastructure and address technical issues promptly.
- Support day-to-day IT operations across the organization.
Hardware & Software Support
- Diagnose and resolve computer hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Troubleshoot system performance and application-related issues.
- Manage printers and other IT peripherals.
- Provide technical support to users for hardware and software-related problems.
Network & Internet Management
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN and Wi-Fi networks.
- Resolve network connectivity and internet-related issues.
- Support configuration and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues between computers, servers and network devices.
- Ensure stable network access for users and IT systems.
Data Backup & Security
- Perform and monitor regular data backups.
- Support data recovery and backup-related activities when required.
- Maintain antivirus and endpoint protection systems.
- Support basic cybersecurity practices across IT infrastructure.
- Identify and address basic security-related issues and risks.
IT Troubleshooting & User Support
- Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity problems.
- Identify the root cause of technical issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Maintain records of IT issues and their resolution.
- Coordinate with external vendors/service providers when required.

Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of practical experience in IT Support and Infrastructure Management.
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering company is preferred.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and Windows operating systems.
- Strong understanding of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide technical support to users and resolve IT issues independently.
- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in IT / Computer Science.
